  This company goes by either JDS Landscape and Design, JDS Landscape Solutions, or American Landscape Solution. Either way, I'm terribly disappointed with the work they did in my property recently. From the very beginning, they inaccurately underestimated the extent of the work and, when they couldn't deliver what they promised, blamed the customer. Very hard to get in touch with them and no follow up whatsoever after the work was done to make sure that everything was growing/thriving as promised or that the different plantings were surviving. A professional company would have given us a maintenance plan to make sure that their work didn't go to waste and would have kept in touch afterward to ensure customer satisfaction. A satisfied customer brings more customers. Simple business rule.
  
  This is a very small operation. If you need some flower beds done or a small area taken care of, they would probably be adequate. Definitely not a "Landscape Design" firm; more like "Two men and a shovel". I should have trusted my first impression. Fortunately, my project wasn't huge or terribly expensive. Live and learn.
